Lucy is simply excellent. Doing my hair is always a big job, as I have a lot of hair, it's long and it's curly with tendency to frizz, so not your quick and easy hair appointment! Lucy had done my last haircut and I was really happy with it, so this time I went back for the whole package: cut, colour and style. Again, not a quick one: I hadn't cut my hair in 9 months and hadn't done the colour professionally in about as much! For reference, my colour is a balayage/ombre that fades from my natural dark brunette into a bright red towards the ends. Lucy spent 4.5 hours with me, taking great care of my wants and needs with patience and great humour. She pays attention to detail, she understands texture and doesn't just leave you looking great on the day, but gives you advice for general maintenance as well as hair health. Lucy takes great pride in her work and simply won't let you walk out feeling disappointed. She wants you to be happy with the service and to have a great experience. Furthermore, I was there for a long time, so she even treated me to homemade goodies while waiting for my hair colour to develop. Lucy is kind, sweet, a great professional and reasonably priced for the city and times we live in. Go see Lucy now!

I had such a great experience here as a first-time customer! Lucy is an experienced hairdresser who clearly knows what she is doing, and I was very pleased with the quality of her service. She had opportunity to upsell and yet instead provided advice and recommendations about the most cost-effective way to cut and colour my hair. I appreciated her welcoming and friendly style of engagement and how she went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the final result. I'll definitely become a regular here!

As a hairdresser myself, I always feel some trepidation when visiting a hair salon as I can easily differentiate between exceptional work and poor quality work. I recently visited Lucy's Hair Salon and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Lucy listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and explained every step of the process. I needn't have been so anxious and there was no need for me to say anything. The attention to detail was incredible and my haircut is precise. Lucy recommended a colour which I agreed to after seeing the care she was taking and it turned out fantastic. Lucy was wonderful!!! I came in for a wash and blow wave. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. She knows so much about hair and beauty you could tell that she was very experienced. I told her about my frizzy hair and she showed me how to look after my hair and how to style it. I loved seeing Lucy. Can’t wait to go back!!! ❤️

Lucy is very engaging and a warm and friendly person. Lucy has excellent skills as a hairdresser she always gives me the exact colour im after. She has great attention to detail and really high level hairdressing skills. She is wonderful with clients of all ages and very accomodating. You are in good hands
